She is one in the line of WideTech speedboats which Chaparral has been developing for nearly a decade. This design capitalizes on forward space yet maintains a sporty tri-point look at the bow.

Permanent Waves features a spacious foredeck with sun-pad and a large comfortable cockpit and lounge area with refrigerator and wet bar outside and all the comforts of home below decks. Including 5kw Kohler generator, 16,000 BTU HVAC system, Fusion Stereo system, 24″ Visio Smart TV, Kitchenette style Galley, 2 U-shaped convertible sofa/dinettes, a queen size berth forward and enclosed head/shower.

For operating convenience, the helm is equipped with smoothly operating throttle/shift controls and is complete with full instrumentation that give a variety of information. Permanent Waves offers great access to the engines by way of power-lift hatch. Spark plugs and filters of both are easily accessible and the sea strainers are comfortably reachable, even with the optional genset.
