Triple F

The “Triple F” is a late model, one owner custom F&S Sportfisherman built to deliver big boat capabilities and comfort in an easy to maneuver and very efficient 50-foot package. Her spacious two stateroom, two head layout offers private owner accommodations as well as a full-beam crew/kids room with twin side-by-side bunks. The salon & galley were designed for comfort and functionality with sofa and settee seating, 42” Samsung TV, Ultraleather upholstery, a folding leaf salon table, a full wraparound galley with under counter refrigeration, and Amtico flooring. The interior features book-matched teak cabinetry with solid teak moldings.

The flybridge was designed to maximize visibility while offering a state-of-the-art operators station with companion & forward guest seating, and a three-sided enclosure by Costa Marine. The bridge is topped with a full tuna tower custom designed and fabricated by Palm Beach Towers. A tournament style cockpit includes a full mezzanine with under-deck refrigeration, teak deck, teak covering boards & coaming, teak transom, transom kill box & baitwell, tackle storage, Release Marine rocket launcher, walk-thru transom door, and a remote Volvo control/joystick station. Her custom boat appointments include a teak toe rail, teak cabin half-round, teak helm pod, teak tackle drawers, and a removable stainless steel bow pulpit. 

F&S is known for its exceptional engine rooms and mechanical spaces… and the “Triple F” is no exception. The engine room is bright, clean, and well organized, allowing for easy maintenance. The twin 700 HP Volvo inboard IPS Diesels provide a fuel-efficient cruise of 30 knots with a top speed of 36-37 knots. This boat is 100% turnkey and ready to travel through the islands or fish the offshore canyons.         

F&S utilizes a composite, cold molded with epoxy resin, construction method strengthened with fiberglass and Kevlar to build its unique variable deadrise stepped hull. All stringers, shear, chines, and keel are constructed of clear vertical grain Douglas fir. Topsides from the shear up are constructed of Corecell structural foam and biaxial fiberglass cloth. The complete exterior is finished with Awlcraft 2000 top coat. The foredeck is finished with non-skid. All bright work, including teak transom, toe rail and house trim is finished with clear coat.
