The hull and deck of Sagacious is fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP). It is balsa cored with marine plywood reinforcements. The decks are white gel coat with buff nonskid and dark green Awlgrip topside. Other features include:
The mast is painted aluminum with a integral sail track and single tapered airfoil spreaders. It has stainless steel wire standing rigging, and all running rigging is braided Dacron XLS. It has a hood furling head stay and the boom is rigged for slab reefing.
As you step down into Sagacious there is the Navigation station directly to port. Behind the navigation station is the quarter-berth. The Navigation stations seat converts to create a large single berth. Under the berth is easy access to the batteries. Also featured:
The salon is just forward of the galley and navigation station. It features settees to both port and starboard sides with storage outboard.
