Passavant is a beautiful, well cared for and loved, version of the Little Harbor 38. Regularly updated and upgraded Passavant has weathered time gracefully maintaining her original elegance yet still boasting some major improvements. The best example of this is the replaced teak decks that are now glued down and no longer screwed into the decks. Passavant is arguably the best example of this model to be come available for some time.

The deck on Passavant was completely stripped in 2010, all fasteners were removed and the deck was surveyed for any moisture content. All holes and moisture issues were addressed at this point and new TDS teak decks where installed. The deck and equipment on Passavant include:

Entering Passavants interior down the companionway steps, you enter the open and well kept interior. To port is the galley With good storage above and below work surfaces, built in storage racks overhead, and extending work surface the galley is functional. Passavants galley also features:
Moving forward of the galley you enter Passavant's salon. With contrasting wood, fixed and opening port-lights, new Lexan overhead hatches that where replaced in 2017 and hatches that where rebedded in 2014, Passavants salon has exceptional lighting and feels very open and airy. Continuing forward to port is the head with access from the salon as well as from the master cabin. This area features:
Forward of the head is the master cabin with V berth. This cabin can be entered from the salon or the head. Entering through the salon through the bi-fold partially slatted door you the first thing you notice is the incredible storage with storage lockers outboard above the berth, a hanging locker to starboard, and drawer storage aft and below the berth. Turning back towards the transom and passing down the starboard side you pass back through the salon and then come to the navigation station that is opposite the galley. This area features:
Continuing aft on the starboard side is the quarter berth with locker storage outboard and rack storage above berth.
